Head Tremor while talking to others
I'm having head tremors while talking to others mainly strangers and when in interviews, presentation and when people noticing and staring me I consulted a medicine doctor for this issue he sent me to psychiatrist Psychiatrist prescribed me paroxetine cr 12.5 and betacap tr 20 for 1 month. He said I'm suffering from GAD I took this medicine for 2 days because after taking paroxetine I feel like I'm high whole day and  unable to sleep I masturbate often I smoke cigarettes daily (8-10) My question is IS THIS A NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEM LIKE ESSENTIAL TREMOR OR ANXIETY PROBLEM SHOULD I CONSULT WITH NEUROLOGIST OR CONTINUE WITH PSYCHIATRIST Please 🙏 help
