I have twin baby boy and girl age eight months.girl baby head temperature always high and sweating more and crying face colour also changed like red her weight 8 kg . It's the problem ?if what to do?

Sweatng and some redness is normal in fever. Just give antipyretic for now. And if fever keep on comming than some other medication have to be add later
