Head spinning
My head was spinning when i get up too quickly from a seated or lying position for few seconds. Is it low blood pressure?

Please get Your cervical spine xray done . That's your problem definitely. You need tests, medicines and exercise. Also certain postural changes,ortho mattress, and exercise of 5-6 types

your history typically indicate BPPV.. It is due to repostioning of otolith.. Do not afraid this is not any serious problem but at the same time treatment is very difficult.. Exercise for BPPV will definitely help.. Consult ENT doctor in your area for more detailed idea or you can start exercise which is easily available on youtube.. All d best...

Hello There. I can understand your concern. however, your history is very incomplete, you haven't mentioned from how long you are facing this issue? it could be BPPV but we need to examine you. as of now, you can take a tab. vertistar MD8 twice a day to be chewed when you feel you have this issue. Hello.... It could be postural hypotension due to low blood pressure... Check your blood pressure once both in supine ,sitting and standing position... Get up slowly from bed .... Move your legs contract leg muscles before getting up... Other likely cause is BPPV........... Consult general physician.
