Head pain and forehead

I fall down from bed my head ( left side middle part) hit on floor tile. I feel havyness in head and heavy ness in for head also.. Last two days is serious condition or normal

The pain might be likely due to the trauma, but kindly watch out for these danger signs, if at any point you develop any of these symptoms you should go to the ER at the earliest. Loss of consciousness, multiple episodes of vomitting, confusion ad dazed feeling, nausea, slurring of speech, loss of balance, loss of sleep, blurring of vision, loss of memory and excessive sleep. So if you don't develop any of these symptoms it's normal but if you do develop these symptoms visit the ER at the earliest.
