Head nausea

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hello sir am experience a slight nausea or rotating of head in 1/2 minute & it will be back to normal.. it will happen 4 or 6 times a day.. two days back I have experienced ear pain (right one). When I raise my head I feel somewhat relaxed. Can anyone help me out
