Head hot fever was 100.1 but now it is 9
My baby is vomiting since morning and he has vomitted 4 to 5 times. No loose motion. But very tired and crying. Given him rantac and ondem -1 dose. Not eating anything but just drinking breastmilk. He was having fever in afternoom 100.1 after that gave him calpol. Now his temperature is 99.7 but head is hot rest body is not that hot. Is ther any concern for hot head?? Second dose of ondem will be given in night

For baby's to have fever with cold is most common association
As head is having more body surface area for babies it becomes hot
It's very common to have fever with temperature over head to rise
Have a teleconsultation with Paediatrician for better assessment and management
