Head heaviness and face tingling
Since april 2020 i am fighting a long battle of headache anxiety ..got mri and ct scan too both were normal ...last i got headache was in march...10 days ago i got vaccinated since 5 days i am feeling headheaviness on left side and face tingling...should i go for an another ct scan or take it as in norml headache or migraine

Your long standing headache with anxiety needs proper evaluation, to identify trigger factors if any. You need to consult Neurologist for evaluation of cause of headaches.
