Greetings Since your baby is active and playful, a serious injury is less likely, but you must still monitor her closely.Watch for red flags like repeated vomiting, extreme drowsiness, difficulty waking up, or unusual irritability.Seek immediate medical care if you notice fluid or blood from her nose or ears, or any seizures.Symptoms of internal bleeding or concussion can sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to appear.
