My 3.9months son's head circumference is 45cms is it fine?? And his height is 96cms and weight is 13kgs

if you are sure that age is 3years 9 months, boy then 45 cm head size(size of 1 yr child) is definately small....need doctor consultation urgently....expected at least 52-53 cm
