Head and nerves problem

I have migraine from 10 years along with it my lower back and right shoulder nerves pain a lot... Not actual pain but i can't stand for long.. Also my legs go numb.. Sometimes during pain head goes number.. Sensitive to light sound.. Thirst fatigue hunger smoke dust tension anger all are triggers

You have more than one condition. Which includes likely Migraine with multiple joints pain and numbness in your legs as you mentioned. You need to be evaluated promptly and come to a firm diagnosis. You will also need MRI and X rays with some blood tests.
