Head ache, muscle twitching
I've been facing head ache mostly in the mornings, involuntary muscle twitching, confusion, unable to get the meaning of sentences, at times loss of balance, sleepiness, neck pain, unable to get the meaning of what I read. Cannot recollect what I had done 2 hours before. There feels a weight on my head.
