You could be suffering from postural cervical spine induced neck pain and headache. Solutions 1. Consult a spine or neurosurgeon for a prescription for pain. He may suggest an X Ray.
2. Do some regular neck exercises.
3. The neck requires rest and correct posturing while travelling and afterwards as well. Ice compressions and rest with some neck exercises may help.
4. Change your job or mode of travelling to one at shorter distances. You may lose some money in short run but time saved plus expenses on health may compensate for that.
