I had severe headache for every 2-4 days for 2 years when I am pursuing 11th and 12th in 2006-2008. Afterwards severity was reduced and i used to get headache once a while. Now-a-days I am getting headache again every saturday and during travel. I am using Dart tablet which is resolving the problem but looking for longterm solution

Looks like your symptoms are due to Migraine. You need to consult a Neuro Specialist. Don't self medicate. Maintain a headache diary. Jot down details about your pain like what is the frequency, what are the triggers, what relieves it etc. You should avoid all the triggers.
