Head Ache for past 3 days
My wife is having continuous headache from back side of her head to her forehead. She used to have Sinus problems sometimes but not consistently for 3 days. What might be the cause? Is it Migraine or Sinus?

Dear , there are lots of reason behind headache .
Common reason normal cough cold can lead to headache , sinus infection ,migraine , clotting in brain ,bleeding brain, raised blood pressure , stress , hunger , lots of physiological response ,many more ....
So without examination and detailed history can't comment whats the exact reason .
Consult doctor
If u want alternative medicine then can consult any ayurvedic physician too.

avoid spicy oily food ,have adquate sleep , dont take pillow beneath your head , have plenty of water ,if recurrent sinus problem take steam inhalation daily , don't use self medication

Check Blood pressure first.
Headache may be due to acidity as well.
After then if BP is normal & no hyperacidity..then u have to do nasya karm .daily..
Internal medicines like godanti bhasm,pathyadi kashay are very helpful.it will reduce ur complaint immediately

I would advise you to meet an ENT doctor so that she can be assessed and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem. There are multiple causes for the headache, so she will require further investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem.

Usually headache at the back of head is stress related but could be Migraine also.
I strongly suggest you to consult her a Homeopathic physician as there are excellent medicines in Homeopathy for such issues.
I have personally helped many patients with headaches.
