Continuous head reeling from one month

Asked for Female, 57 Years

My mother is suffering from continuous head reeling and feeling dizziness from last one month. We have tested all the medical tests except brain scanning as doctors never prescribed to be. But doctors are prescribing different types of medicines but all in vain. she still feels dizziness, head reeling, weakness in the morning . please help
