I have been having a head ache and runny nose for two days as per a doctor i had checked blood from these result wbc count is 12, 400Cmm is there any problem please clear my doubt

Probably u r having urti There may b associated secondary bacterial infection... Have tab. Paracetamol for fever. Give some detail history of yours
