Head ache and pains
My daugter is having a fever and a cough...her fever is 38.9 ..its been 1night and 1day..she's complaining head pain,back and stomach pain..everytime she eat,she just trow it up..what should i do?

Give light meals more frequently.
Use syp ondem for vomiting half hour before meals and paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
