He weeps very badly all day & night and seems to have breathing problem besides he breathes faster than normal sometimes too.Need your suggestion kindly help....He is only 28 days old ...

Agree with dd rawat. As your baby is very young you must visit a pediatrician. Fast breathing if happens periodically in babies can be normal and crying can be related to gas and colic

Newborns do tend to have erratic breathing. That being said if your baby is cranky all the time and breathing more than 60 times per minute u need to have him evaluated ASAP
Fast breathing and crankiness may sometimes suggest a serious condition. Count how many times he breathes in a minute. If it is consistently more than 60, visit a doctor on priority.
