Is hcg level enough in urine after 16 weeks to be detected by urine pregnancy test kit like preganews ?

Urine pregnancy test detects HCG levels and hence the pregnancy from the day you miss your periods, if your cycles are regular.
If its 16 weeks, then you are already in 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Please a get scan done directly.

Hi. After 10 weeks preg test kits are not required . You can do a scan to decide period of gestation.
