Hba1c,FBS and PPBS

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Iam non diabetic , iam recently checked my sugars. FBS 102 PPBS 135 after 2 hrs of breakfast. Hba1c 4.8 Mean plasma glucose 91. Sugars are ok ? Which test is accurate that is rely on? How often check my sugars ? Pls suggest. Regards.

All your test results are within normal limits. The most accurate is HbA1C which shows 3 month average glucose. Since your non diabetic or prediabetic, it is not necessary to test your sugars at home.
