Having upper chest pain both side
I am having pain upper chest and pain in center of upper ribs ...and morning when I sneez there a light blood stained mucus.feel very tired for 2min or3min  in between the day ...dizzyness sometime ... very worried ...i need good treatment for this ..before .last 2month i had same problem but again it started ...why it is paining on upper chest reason pls tell me

You need to undergo certain tests.pl consult with Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken. Pl use antihistamines.

Blood stained mucus is a cause of concern. A cxr is needed and maybe a ct chest as well. Other issues like fever weight loss? Need to evaluate completely before coming to a diagnosis.
