The tooth is fractured due to caries. It is difficult to save the tooth. Also it is infected too. So please extract the tooth.
Next Steps
visit the dentist and start antibiotics prior to the extraction. As for now you can take Dolonex dt ( if no medical issues) for pain. avoid using that side. Avoid hot water gargle.

After extraction you can go for FPD or implant placement to close the space. Hope this helps you.
