Hello team,
I am suffering from depression due to my relationship . Not exactly relationship but it's like a friend with benefits. We both fell for each other and started having sex. But he is having a girlfriend and he cannot leave her. I am in love with him deeply since he said few months back that he is not happy with his gf as she doesn't behave well with him.
I want to move on from this relationship but I am not getting any way. Also I have to face him everyday as he is in my office . Please help me out immediately.
Thanks !!

Hello,
Undefined relationships are always problematic. You have to be very clear about what you want from the relationship. Communicate this very clearly to the man.
If he is able.to respond on a way that you want (completely) then you can continue with this.
If there is a difference in what you want and what he wants them better to move on. It may be difficult initially, but will be beneficial in the long run.
Do not look at short term benefits. You have had your fun but you know that it brings on trouble.
Think wisely and act responsibly towards yourself.
