  4. Having red rashes on skin. Suggestions!

Having red rashes on skin
First day feel a little numbness in tongue then I take antibiotics then next day I found red rashes on skin then met a physician he gave me antic allergy medicine then transfer to a dental for numbness in chin he gave some medicine and called again I m very worry please give me some suggestions
