My ass is paining so much due to constant itching for two weeks and now it's uncontrollable the whole ass appears red

Hi It may be due to anal fissure . so you can take a painkiller for 3 days . daily thrice . you have to consult surgeon . so they will see and diagnose exactly what it is. It may be due to fungal infection also.
