Having pus filled acne , pain on scalp
It's been more than a month I am having pus filled acne with pain on the scalp and isn't improving. I am using 2% ketoconozole soap for scalp but there is no improvement. For this I have even shaved my head and the was improvement in the condition but as hair started growing is coming back to same
