Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. It seems like you're going through a difficult time and I completely understand that this would have been difficult for you to come out and share. I acknowledge your effort, patience and appreciate your courage for reaching out. The symptoms that you're experiencing seems like you're undergoing a depressive phase and it's crucial to seek therapy as soon as possible. All these symptoms of not able to communicate, withdrawal from outside world, lack of concentration, loss of energy and enthusiasm, sitting idly without doing anything could be because of various reasons which only you would be aware of. Therapy would facilitate the process of identifying these reasons and makes you aware of it through empathy, support and guidance.

Health Tips
Untill then few suggestions to efficiently manage your symptoms: 1. Practise Journalling - Write down your thoughts or whatever you feel like in a diary on a daily basis. This helps in venting out your feelings and it's an effective way of expression. 2. Practise mindfulness -  Mindfulness is being present at the moment and allowing any thoughts to flow through in a non-judgemental manner. This can be attained only through consistent practise and it can be started by doing small techniques for 10-15 minutes daily and gradually implementing it daily tasks. For example, 5-4-3-2-1 exercise - You can close your eyes, take few deep breaths and then start naming five things that you can see, four things that you can hear, three things that you can touch, two things that you can smell and one thing that you can taste. This shapes your ability to be in the present and focus on the present.

Hello..You have mentioned from last four months you are having these concerns,I would like to know how was the situation earlier before that period?? Is their any episode connected with it? Any recent changes in the past?I can see that you are going in a shell by isolating yourself from others. Its not the solution...It’s good to see that you are trying to help yourself but at times professional help is required to break the pattern.I would advice you to seek professional help by booking an appointment with a Counseling Psychologist Via Practo.Counselor can help you develop the coping skills that best works for you...Take Care

I would suggest you to pay attention to your Mental & Emotional Health which doesn't seems to be good right now, before it will get worse for you. you may seek professional support of a Psychologist where you can discuss your issues deeply, get aware about their root causes, resolve them or learn how to manage them in a better way.
Next Steps

Wellness Greetings to you.. I could sense it as "Apathy".But all I would suggest you is, search what triggered it in you. Lack of interest is quite common. Even hormonal disturbances can be a cause. I would recommend you to have a Mindful talk with a professional.
