Having pcos -how to reverse it
I do have pcos.Before month I got periods on march 15 and again I got periods on march 31 .How to prevent this irregular cycle and reverse pcos through diet?On February,gynic prescribed dronis 30 tablet for 21 days.After taking that periods got correct.Please provide solution for these
