  4. Having pain in right hand. For this?

Having pain in right hand.
Having constant pain in right hand from arm to wrist. Can't put my hand in one position more than 5 minutes. Same situation exists from last 3 weeks. Please advice me what should i do as it is very mich irritating and which kind of doctor suitable for this?
