I am 35 yr old female. Since a month, i am finding that my legs are constantly in pain and by doing small works i am getting tired very easily. Climbing up stairs is painful from calf muscles. I have been diagnosed with start of PCOS last year, since than its same situation as i have control my weight and eating healthy, also i have cut down milk products in diet.

I suggest you to check your D3 level in your blood..
Eat healthy diet...
Do regular exercises..
If possible do swimming..
Lot if stretching exercises will help you.. otherwise join yoga classes...
Things will get resolved slowly don't worry..
