Hypothyroid 22 yr old female- joint pain
Eltroxin 50 mcg for 6 months, TSH is 5.37. And suffering from severe lower back pain, knee joint pains sometimes, and ankle joint sometimes feels like a sprain

Kindly get your vitamin d tested.  It is very common for thyroid patients to have pains. You should do regular physiotherapy exercises.
