Having pain in chest and sweat
My father has been facing problems like sweat and acidity with pain in chest . his cholesterol levels were high. No problem of diabetes. I m attaching his ECG reports. Plz suggest further

His symptoms are very important and are potentially cardiac, you should consult a cardiologist physically at the earliest for review and planning further treatment. ECG also has certain changes which could be important.

Ecg show mild changes no heart attack though . Try getting blood test troponin to be on safer side Then consult
