Having pain in anus since 3-4 days.
Having pain in anus since 3-4 days. I ha applied Pilex ointment since 2 days,but some time i feel it is getting recovered but again i feel pain .

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath twice daily and apply some soothing ointment like Sushruta Ointment/ Coconut oil/ Cow's ghee in anal passage twice daily.
