Hello pain abdomen..first of all the location of pain has to be found out or its diffuse pain...possible causes like gastroenteritis...gastritis....renal and gallbladder calculi..pancreatitis should be ruled out its better to get an ultrasound done consult physician or surgeon for further evaluation and treatment and for erection issues consult surgeon and psychiatrist. .
