Having pain below knees.
I am having pain right below both knees at the protruded bone, its been more than 6 months. uric acid level in blood is just above normal level and i've already cut purine rich stuffs from diet and even after a month of this change in diet it doesn't feel any better.

I could be inflammation at tibial tubrosities, site of attachment of patellar tendon, are you in involved in any sport activities, rigorous exercises, if yes you must take rest and analgesics after consultation.
