  4. Having fever and body pain. Suggest me!

Having  fever and body pain
Hello Dr. I am suffering from fever since last 3 days. In first I had 104 fever and second day I had  102 fever but today I have 99 fever but I have weakness and problem of back pain sometimes. Please prescribe me the medicines and should I go for the give my sample for covid test. Please suggest me
