Having mood problem
Somedays I feel very energetic and some days very low. Earlier this used to happen in every 6-7 months bt now this low mood thing happens every month sometimes twice. When it happens it goes on for days. I can't work properly I can't sleep properly. I can't focus on things. The worst thing is I have started getting suicidal thoughts these days. I don't know what is going on.

Hello dear I can understand what you are going through and how you are feeling. You might be disappointed and sad by your current situation and that you are not able to handle it. Maybe you are not able to identify why is this happening with you or what is happening to you. Dear, you don't need to feel sad, irritated, confused or helpless in your life. You need to contact a Psychologist or a Counsellor. You can also consult me and I will help you get through this. Take care and stay strong.

Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist. The way you have explained it suggests depression but a proper Psychiatric evaluation is necessary to make a diagnosis. Few Questions: 1. Did the onset of these mood swings started after a particular event or you suddenly started experiencing them? 2. Does anyone in your immediate family suffers from any mental health issue? 3. Are there any other symptoms like loss of interest in previously enjoyable activities,  withdrawal from social interactions, feeling empty/sad, change in sleep pattern (more or less sleep), change in eating pattern (over or under eating), change in weight (gain or loss), etc.? If yes, treatment will require both Medication and Therapy. It may extend from 3 to 6 months to 1 year depending on the severity. Starting the treatment early positively impacts recovery.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist.
