please go for a rtpcr test to be very sure if its covid or not. also tell about your vaccination status. keep monitoring spo2 and temp every 6 hrs

Looks like viral illness. Could be simple flu or COVID or even dengue fever. Keep yourself well hydrated. At least 3-4 litres of oral fluids. Take vit c and zinc supplements and paracetamol for fever and headache.
Next Steps
preferably isolate yourself and get COVID 19 RTPCR done. Consider an in person physician consultation.

It could be flu. Exclude covid , Take treatment for viral fever if it is not covid.

use  Tab.cetrizine  10mg one per day. Tab.Paracetamol 650mg once in 8th holy.

Could be covid or other viral infection. Get a covid test. Keep hydrated, drink atleast 3L of water every day. Monitor your bp and spo2, temperature. Consult for medications.
