Having fever in the night;cough

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Its been 7 days i have fever in night and coughs all day i took dolo 650 mg 4 times a day for 3 days and azithral once a day for 3 days i also had sore throat in the starting days my apetite has decreased.plz help
