Having fever 99- 100°

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hello, I am having fever from last one and half month.have some cold and body aches and headache as well. From last two two three days i noticed heaviness in my nose and forehead and there is a frequent change in my bp. Some time it's 144/122 and after half n hr it's 118/90. Please suggest me what do do also let me know is it a symptom for any thing serious.
