Hi there.. chest pain and shoulder pain needn't always has to be heart attack... even muscle strain, gastritis, esophageal diseases can also cause chest pain.. since your Ecg echo is normal, cardiac cause is ruled out.. bad sleeping postures, lifting heavy weights, vigorous workouts could lead to muscle strain.. continue doing yoga, along with it hot fomentation, local application of gel containing diclofenac wil also help.. you have vitamin d and vit b12 deficiency which could also be cause of chronic pains.. have vit b12 rich foods like milk ,milk products, meat, chicken, eggs, start on supplements even.. vitamin d rich foods are fish and fish oils, egg yolks, cheese, fortified milk, and beef, liver, cod liver oil capsules. Start Vitamin d supplements( with calcium supplements)
