Having bump in nose from long time

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi experts i have been deal with a nose bump from very long time might be from my childhood time but earlier it was not this much. This nose bump does not contains any white head or anything still its looks bump. I had done lasers even derma roller still those are not going . Any recommendation will be helpfull.
