Having breathing problem since 2 days. Had a cold n cough 2 weeks back. Still coughing issue persists and now having breathing problems and feels having something in throat and heavy breathing

Hello ! You might be having post infective bronchial hyperreactivity.
Next Steps
Take a course of antibiotic like Tab. Amoxyclav or Tab. Azithromycin. , antihistamine like Tab. levocetrizine to control your cold . and inhaled bronchodilators to reduce your breathlessness
