Having back pain

Having frequent back pain. Every 6 months it comes. What is reason? Any deficiency in the body. What are recommended exercise.

It may be due to lack of vitamin D3 which is essential for calcium absorption which may lead to weakness of spine and fatigue of back muscles
Indulge yourself in aerobic exercise daily like walking, jogging, cycling or yoga
Have balanced food
Follow Ergonomic while at work place
Improve your posture
