Hello there, Feeling uneasy, tired and not having sound sleep all these are physiological symptoms. Hi thanks for your approach to us , yes I understand that you are going through rough phase from few days for personal or professional reason, which is effecting your emotions, over thinking, lack of focus/ sleep . Taking tablets could help you to settle your sleep problems or tieredness. But try to cope with the actual problem you are facing from so many days, which is result for physical dysfunction and also you could lack coping and managing ability.

Hi! Although the medicine might have lowered the intensity of these feelings, but there certainly are some disturbing thoughts that have taken it over. Multiple thoughts causes mental fatigue and they tend not to go away even when we try to distract ourselves. Along with medication, talking to some mental health professional will be very helpful for you. You'll be able to understand and make sense of underlying thoughts and be better able to cope with it all.
