I have been facing an acne problem for the past 1 year. I only have two or three acne in my face but I get them every now and then and whenever it comes it turns into a scar ..for this i keep myself refraining from eating oily things along with fast food etc. so what should i do to reduce these acne except medicines and to reduce scars?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
have you getting acne since teenage or they have started now suddenly?
atleast start with proper cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen.
is your skin oily? if oily then how much oily?
dont scratch your acne otherwise it will lead to scar formation
It’s good to avoid foods rich in carbohydrate content/sugar for acne
Avoiding fast food is good for your general health
There are medications to control the new ones from coming out
A good cleanser is also useful
Treatment of scars depends on the type of scars
