That is due to the blanching of mucosa. You need to undergo treatment for OSMF for sure

Please mention that about your habits( smoking,pan chewing)
If any stop the habits immediately
Do oil pulling
Apply turbo cart ointment every one hour/gingerly oil mix with turmeric powder
Apply and massage in cheeks after every meal
For three months
And take sm fibro tablet twice daily
Continue this treatments for three months
