Have to rub eyes too often/too vigorousl I saw a reel by an opthal recently where she showed a technique to rub one's eyes without touching the eye lid completely. That has made me notice I need to rub my eyes way too vigorously and it's been this way for years. I also experience watery eyes or eye strain at times when using screens. Do I need to be worried or consult an opthal?

Hello There must be some underlying cause for itchy eyes like allergy eye disease or blepharitis etc. It is advisable to consult local ophthalmologist for detailed evaluation and proper treatment of underlying cause
