I had only one meal in a day for
4 years (approx and not continuously had single meal ) oftenly i had 3 times meal.. most of the times i had meal for one time. also I did smoke per 6 to 7 cigrates per day with tea . How much it will effect my body. From past two years having two times meal per day .. recently I quit smoking and having three times meal without skipping... now I remember my past and worried. How does it effect my body In future.. How can I overcome this..

Ensure from now on your diet includes fresh fruits and vegetable (in form of salad & sabji).
Add nuts esp almonds and walnuts to your daily intake
Consume high protein ( natural dietary form - not supplements ) moderate carbs (avoid refined flour - maida and sugar) and low fat diet
Next Steps
Go for a walk for 30 minutes 5 days/week
