Have loose motion and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am planning for preganancy for past three months . Last period 3rd June. Since today morning, I am having stomach pain and loose motions. I took ROKO TABLeT AND SPASMOL . Will it affect adversely? And which medicine can I take to cure this without adversely affecting my planning to get pregnant. I also need suggestion for deworming medicine which is safe to take now. I am really worried.
